Ken, you are right. But on the 16e they started with the '#'. So try.....
Int. #656 * [extn] redial
Int. #657 # [extn] redial
the #656 code sends the extension number to the VM on a Forwarded call, and the #657 code sends the extension number when the msg button is pressed.
Each voicemail manufacturer uses a different dtmf in-band code. In my example I used a *. Toshiba Stratagy uses #656 91 and #656 92. Check with OCTEL for their code.
