It's possible to do remote programming for both the CTX and Stratagy. The steps are outlined in the I&M manual for both the CTX and Stratagy ES.

build a mailbox ie: 299. in the extension field put #19H. Then when you dial into the stratagy, dial 299 and it will blind transfer you to the CTX Modem.

I was able to build a VM box 299 through calling and login to the 999, add vm 299 but unable to set extesion "#19" for VM box 299. Unable to set a ext with "#" in front of number 19.
also see somewhere in a programming manu state that we can dialing to the AUTO-attent and ring directly to #19. (xxx-xxx-xxxx,,,,,,#19) .. that seems not working for me. please advise if the manu stating that correctly? or what we need to do at VM or PBX to be able to use (xxx-xxx-xxxx,,,,,,#19) to ring to the modem directly.
Thanks again

I though Phonemeister was working with you. I see you are still pulling up more old posts.
You can not dial #19 from the voicemail, because that is a PBS system code. The # key is interpreted by the voicemail as something else. You would not see anywhere to dial #19 from the auto attendant.
As you see from this post, they are using another mailbox number that connects to #19 in the extension field. As you found out, you can not enter a # key through the system admin box.
He mentioned that it would be better to have someone help you offline. At the risk of crossing the line from user help to admin, the code {Sorry, crossed the line on that one}
