I have a Toshiba Strata-Dk 56 hooked up into the system, and all the phones in my office ring when a call is recieved, but for unknown reasons the phone in my cube does not. Does anyone know how this issue can be resolved?

If your asking for out side calls to ring its in system programming and maybe you should contact your vendor.

Not to overlook the obvious but it's happened before, did you make sure your ring switch on the bottom edge of your phone didn't get pushed to the left?..which is off I assume your using the older phones that have that switch with a DK56. Another obvious thing is to borrow someone else's phone and plug it in your jack and test..in case it's the ringer in your phone. If those prove fruitless than contact a vendor.

What is the model number of your phone, it is on the bottom of the phone?
If you have swapped your phone with another phone and that one does not ring either, post again please.

The phone rings, but only when there is an incoming call on a certain line. While every other line I have to listen carfeully and pick up the ringing from other office phones. (and yes I have the volume and ring slider all the way to the right.)
As far as I know the model of the phone is the Strata DK 56. (the manual I've been reading says so.) The bottom of the phone is smooth and has no numbers of any kind except for a cheap white laminated piece of paper reading Test OK V-4, which seems useless.
(sorry for taking so long to respond I got caught up in work and actually forgot to bookmark this forum so it took forever to rediscover.)

You have to program ringing by port. Try putting a 20 button display at your desk and dial [intercom] 402, I think it will give you the port number, it has been a long time.
That port has to be programmed to ring in programs 81 for day and 87 for night. I would hope you have a manual and know how to get into programming.
