When you look under flexible numbering do you see a #45 for any feature?

When you look at the system and station speed dials do you see the number where calls are being forwarded and yes I know it is not 12345678901?

Gotta do some research and you will have this solved. Trust the BUNNIE!

Ahh, I forgot, look for a *67 and the forwarded number in speed dials.

All the speed dial bins can be viewed in admin.

OK, we've established that the first section #45 is for flash. Have you looked at the chaining for option 6 in both voicemails?

In 990 and 991 you sould be able to go to chaining and see what happens when you press 1 or 2 or 3 and 6 should be #45 and your forwarding number on one and most probably #45*67 and your forwarding number.

Your chaining option 6 in the voicemail has to have the #45 etc. or it has to be a speed dial number bin.
