Which dk system do you have and is it an external mail or inskin mail ?
displays on sets may show c/f and ext which will get us close.
You might as well provide system model and card inventory left to right ,same for any expansion cabinets.

It is a DK16E System. I found the programing work sheets. And I tried prog 83 on what the work sheets say is the VM. But the Auto Att. still picks up on the tird ring.

I suggest calling in a qualified technician at this point. You are enterring into areas of programming where it woukld be very, very easy to make things worse instead of better.

Can anyone tell me if their is anyone that I can call, and have them walk me thourgh the steps. The only Toshiba Tech around here is 3 hours away and he would not help unless we buy a new system from him.
Thanks John

Look up one of Toshiba moderators, they are all very good. Their info can be found at teh top of the Toshiba forum. Voyager, Martin, SSPhne, phonemeister. I am sure one of them could help you out.

You say it's a 16e the ports most likley are 008 thru 011. When entering the the data in program 83 you need to enter 008 and lite up the co lines you want to be answered after 12sec.
