You would think that enable would turn on and disable would turn off. I too will be saving this for later. Dan I bet you won't be forgeting this one anytime soon. Good work.

These are the ones you don't soon forget!
newtecky - thats how we had it set up at first, but with 31 internal IPT's, the customer didn't want to use up all his bandwidth for intercom calls to the person in the next room. 2 intercom calls out and back in eat up about 128k of bandwidth!

Been following this thread closely, coz I face the same problem with no voice path on external LIPU. Internally, no problems at all, love the spkr phones full duplex capabilities.
We've already seperated external from internal LIPU: - 1 LIPU/LIPS for internal using a private static IP (4 hard phones, a few softphones, IP-Qsig) - 1 LIPU/LIPS for external using a public fixed IP (guys in the field)
And also checked Dan's guide on NAT/peer-to-peer but still no go. Going to recheck the "firewall ports allowed" settings with our IT guys again, hopefully the problem lies there. Any other suggestions?

Please share the port listing from your IT guy. I received a listng from our phone vendor, but it hasn't helped. We are running the same config on our LIPU/LIPS as you are.
Thanks

Toggle the setting in program 250 FK16. That worked for me.
