Hi All,
Have a question an employee has dialed into a ctx100, ivp8 voice mail. and changed the security code. I can not get in to the voice mail when I hook up my laptop. How can I access the voicemail and rechange the password??? PLEASE HELP

Toshiba can dial into it to change....no other way with out knowing the password
