I have a 2 port Stratagy voice mail system on a DK 40i system.
The receptionist wants to dump the caller into her bosses voice mail box without ringing his telephone when he is in a meeting or he forgets to put DND on his telephone. I know this can be done but for the life of me I can not remember the procedure for her to do this.
If you could help me out it would be appreciated.

Transfer the call to the voice mail systen usually 850 when it answers dial 998 (unless someone has changed it in programming) then dial the mailbox you would like the call to go to and hang up
