Hello all....looking for some information on how to get the moh working on this system. We have the output going from the moh source to the two screw down terminals on the phone system. But the moh keeps playing overhead. Tried disabling the BGM through a few codes such as #480 etc. and that did not work. We also turned the BGM volume adjustment on the phone system all the way down which did not work. The MOH sounds great on hold but we just can't get it to quit playing overhead. Any ideas? I'm showing bgm over external page off in system program 02
co line 2 led off
You need to go into system program and turn off LED at coline 2 second button up from bottom.
No reference to a program 480
No such programs in 6e.

480 is the code to turn on or off MOH playing thru the phone speaker on the DK products ,,,not sure if that is the code for the VIe

We were just grasping at straws with the 480, at that point we were trying anything. Thanks Steve and KENB for the replies. Will give it a shot here in a bit. Thanks again.
