Got a customer with a 100, MK024 software upgraded from MH227, twice had several ports on a RDTU lock up showing in-use, once on each software. Had to power down the system each time to release the ports. Any ideas on what's causing this or how to prevent it from happening again?

Can you tell what the ports are locked up to ? Are they locked up to another channel on the T1 ? If so are there analog sets or analog fax/modems on the system ?

OBTW - I didn't see any way to find out what they're connected to, but I did notice that no other extensions, digital or analog, were active at the time.

Meister - it's set to received.
