Hi Guys,

I'm new, so this question may be basic and silly. My company is using EKT-6520SD Phones. I would like to be able to forward calls from one extension to another....say when someone calls extension 216 it will forward and ring on extension 222.

Can someone tell me if this is possible with these phones?

Thank you.

Based on the extension your showing and not knowing which system you probably have 3 or 4 choices
1- Call forwrd all calls

2-Call forward busy

3-Call forward busy -no answer

4- Call forward all calls

Call forward busy no answer is
1- press icm button
2- #603
3- enter destination
4- press speed dial key
5- enter time 08-60 seconds
6- redial key
7- speaker

all calls #601 no times
busy #602 no times

Once you hit speaker # [60x] you will see prompts in display

Thanks again guys for your help, I have been able to forward calls successfully thanks to the information you have provided. I'm having another related problem though. If a call is being forwarded and the person is on the line, the caller just gets dead air and is not sent to the voice mail system. In one of the responses listed above it talked about CALL FORWARD BUSY, I'm not "hip" with the lingo, so I am not sure if this is what I need or not. But I am trying to get the call to go to voice mail if the line is in use.

Please, if you don't mind, speak to me in easy to understand instructions, the way I do with my 6 year old.

Thank you.
