I have Toshiba DK424 phone, and Toshiba DKT2020. This phone is connected to Octel50 Voice mail. The message waiting light does not come on when people leave messages. This future was working until Friday. What could be the problem?

you lost the intergration, it may be smdi or dtmf?? check the connection between the processor and the pc, or try reboot both the pbx and voicemail. make sure no one is on the phone before reboot. good luck.

You didn't say if this was just YOUR phone or ALL phones.
If it is just YOUR phone, then you have one easy program 657 to redo.
If it is ALL phones then batman has come out of the bat cave in the batmobile to save you and if rebooting it does not work then heaven help Metropolis or whatever city it was.
