How can I set an extention to ring an home/cell number? We have a person working from home and I would like when someonce calls for that person to be able to transfer them to a line that automaticaly rings the home phone line.
We have a Strata DK280 system with a Contact DK voicemail system. I set up a box yesterday as a "transfer" box and input the forwarding number but when I try to transfer a call to that extension now it says it is "invalid" and kicks them back to the operator.
Is there a way to program a button so if a CNF/TFR the outside call into that extension, the system will automatically dial the home number of our salesperson and connect the two people?
