One of our flexible buttons use to ring to our mail voicemail throughout our system. Now when you press it nothing happens. Does anyone know how to reprogram this so that it rings to VM again. Thanks ahead of time.

Perhaps that button is a system speed dial button and you had accidentally erased or programmed over the speed dial bin. For example, on the DK some technicians program speed dial bin *99 to be intercom+850 and program a flex button as *99. So, when you press the flex button, it dials intercom 850 which is the pilot number of voicemail. However, if you accidentally erase or store a new number over speed dial 99, that button won't call voicemail anymore.
