Objective: to create a night greeting using Pilot DN
System: CTX100 Version 3.1, eManager Version 4.1 with Amanda SOHO VM
I programmed day/night mode (see below) I created a Pilot DN (65) with VM ID (65) I created a VM message box (65)
Finally, I assign trunc numbers Direct Inward Termination, Night Destination Digits to (65) and keep the day1 and day2 Digits to VM
What did I do wrong? Incomming calls no longer go to VM (It is Thursday afternoon, I would expect these settings to send day1 calls to VM)
To get VM working again, I had to change all my DIT back to VM
Did I configure my Pilot DN wrong? From VM I can press (65) to get the voicemail greeting; however, if I press 'intercom' (65), I get a busy tone.
Programmed day/night mode looks fine: (for Tennant number 1 to 8) I mapped day of week as follows: (Mon to Fri as workday; Sat as non-workday; Sun as holiday) with daily schedule as follows: day1 mode workday: 12:00 day2 mode workday: 99:99 night mode workday: 21:00 day1 mode non-workday: 10:00 day2 mode non-workday: 99:99 night mode non-workday: 17:00 day1 mode holiday: 99:99 day2 mode holiday: 99:99 night mode holiday: 99:99

OK, that helps. I had the Alternet DN = 65 After changing it to the VM Hunt group, the VM answers!
However, it says we are closed. I would expect a call at 6:30 pm on Thursday to go to VM Hunt group. Then after 9:00 pm calls to 65, saying we are closed.

OH, wait a minute... The phone clock is not set correctly. Changing that should get it all to work.
