After 4 hours at $85.00 an hour, I think this tech
donot know this system. I asked the same question. But I can program the other 2 ports last. I really need infor. on the can,t access problem.

Can a Toshiba expert email me the voicemail access
code for general voicemail programming.

First of all you only use station 200 to program station names, set the date and time, set system wide speed dial numbers, you do the technical programming from ANY station by entering the programming sequence that starts with * # if you have an installation and programming manual.

You would use a distributed hunt group in * 40 to set 4 ports among other things.

You would set ringing in 81 through 89.

Did this guy work for a regular company and you could call the owner? Was he a "no address" in the phone book under Toshiba?

You have not been dealt with reasonably and if he was from a Toshiba dealership Toshiba would not take kindly to this.

Clifton, I'm not sure that the admin mailbox will help you fix the problem that you stated. It sounds like the problem you're having is that the voicemail answers on incoming calls and that you don't want that to happen. You will need to look at programs 81-89 on the DK. You're probably used to Nortel and you probably think that you can program the voicemail from a digital set like you can with the Nortel voicemails. But the Stratagy is programmed via a laptop or pc with the admin software.
