I installed the Toshiba Strata Admin software on my computer. The cd was installed with no probl-ems,but I cannot find the XADMIN program.The CTX
login screen is accessible. Although " xadm admin
software" is clearly written on the cd. By any
possibility the installed software is wrong?.

What does the program you installed look like? XAdmin looks exactly the same as other voice mail admin programs, except where the program is labeled when it first comes up in it's own window. Look at that - it might say XADMIN4. Let me know what it does say.

Phil, ok the cd screen is as following:INSTALL:
ctx winadmin 2.2,ctx tapi service provider, customer doc. gen. and adobe acrobat reader.
DOCUMENTATION HOME PAGES: ctx, dk parnter products,view readfrst.htm file, explore this cd-rom, and dsd website.

Yeah, what Phonemeister said. You've got an older cd, and XAdmin is not on it.

Looking at old CD's at the office, the ones with WinAdmin Ver 2.21 do not have XADMIN on it. The ones that are 2.22 have "XADMIN for GVMU" on it.
Either way, I don't remember the Autoplay menu that pops up having a choice for Xadmin. You would likely have to explore the disk to find it.
