We have a DKT (I believe) system, the computer that had eManager was recently formatted and now I am trying to get emanager back on it.

I know the IP, and I remember when it was installed the tech said that the "community" string was the "default" string whatever that is.

So in my equipment option I add the ip, but what is the default (factory setting) for the community string?

Since i am not sure how to DELETE this topic, incase anybody else had the same question, the answer is "XXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Yes the X is capital and everything else is lowercase!
