We have a toshiba DTK 200 using Strategy Flash IVP8

The company we purchased it from is no longer in business. The documentation on some things seem a bit sparse. In the meantime, we have had some changes in our own company and I have been struggling to change the auto attendant message (s)

I have succeeded in changing the 990 and 991 message, but in the 991 message we indicate to press 5 for a company directory.

I can't locate for sure how to change the directory (what is access and how to record) that information.

I tried MB 411, but couldn't manage to hit on a security code or password.

1. Is that the right place, and if not, where specifically would I record the voice directory?

2. If that is the correct location, does anyone have any clues about what the default password or security code might be?
