I need a little help, I just installed 2 of the Dk 2384 or something like that Digital Cordless phone's. What really need to know is when a call comes in they ring and can be anwsered but i cannot push any buttons on the key pad. It works from the desk phones. Please if there are any idea's please let me know

Can you access a line (Press Intercom, dial # 7 0 0 1 - for line one) and dial an outside number?
Are these hooked up on their own ports or "attached" to another extension?
You didn't just plug in a two outlet gizmo for both the desk phone and the cordless phone thinking you could do that did you?

The phones are on there own ports and yes I can dial
out and do everything a desk phone can except when i call a place with a Auto attendent i cannot dial any
of the numbers to get through it does not regonize the DTMF, is that enough info??

If the phones have any toll restrictions, try removing the digit restriction in prog 48.

Have you tried Program 31 (for that Single Line port) on buttons 9, 16 and 17 to see if they are on?
