We are running a CIX670 with the Stratagy ES voicemail. A user's voicemail box contains 130+ VM's that he now wants me to purge. How can i do this?
Thanks.

It's in the user guide under continuous delete: Log into his mailbox. Listen to the first message, press 7 for advanced options. Then 6 and follow the prompts. You may have to do this more than once depending on the system parameter setting in the ES.

Phonemeister has the first idea, but couldn't you go into his/her mailbox via PC and set it to not store messages then change it back?
Just another way in case continuous delete got funky.

I had a box that, because of some kind of loop, had over 500 message (in MB 0, which was never checked). I used continuos delete, but it only deleted about 25 at a time. Sometimes it's just easier to delete the box and re-record greeting.
The record for a user's personal saved messages on an IES32 over 2,000.
I don't believe unchecking the Store Messages box will remove existing messages. I've checked/unchecked that box a few times for existing VM boxes.
