I have replaced a DKT 3010 with a DKT 3014, the 3014 works ok with the exception of the right 7 buttons do not work on the extension . I tried it on a existing 14 station extension and it works like it should, I have changed the settings to 14 buttons in the program (204) and did a cross copy of the DKT buttons any ideas?

If you did the cross copy before you replaced the phone, then it probably did not copy right. You will need to re-program the 14 button, and while the first 7 buttons will probably be correct, the next row needs to be reprogrammed all over.

I have done the cross copy after the phone was installed, I have tried to indivially program each button, but still refuses to work.

Make sure you have the button layout set for 14 buttons. it is under the DKT settings of the emanager.

Change it back to 20 buttons in program 204 and go back to key assignments and blank all of the buttons out except for the PDN on button 1. Then, change it back to a 14-button phone and re-copy the keys.
