Friends, I am new on this. I have to manage phone system - without any manual. On laptop (Windows 2000) installed CTX WinAdmin 2.22A.18, XADM4, CTX TAPI Service provider & Custom Doc Generator. Now IP should be 192.168.254.2 but what should be subnetmask & dafault gateway?? Do I need anyother software to install ??

The subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0, and unless your switch is on a LAN, you should not need the default gateway.

Thanks, that what my subnet mask was ~ Well! found solution....until I ping to system it was not communicating....As soon as I ping... compunication start. ~Thank you very much for your help
