DK14 with engenus cordless telephone and the port goes out about every 5 days. changed the telephone, wiring, even the card and still having problem. cycle power brings back phone, even takes out ports not attached to any equipment. any ideas??????

What kind environment is this switch in? Is is hot?

Do you have this connected to a REAL surge suppressor?
I would guess dans idea on heat would be the first bet and power surges second.

BAd processor. Had this issue before with a DK40. Just looses the card, programming still there and reset clear it up for a few days. Replace the cabinet and reporgram.
