Worked like a charm.
I am also trying to set up the VM template in the software on the VM server, but I cannot find any location to set the MsgLightOn to point to another extension.

Its Alt T then modify the templates to dial #63EXT and #64EXT

This is in the Strategy mailbox editor. Alt T does not allow you to edit the template. When I do go to Edit > Template there are only two templates listed and neither of them are for the MsgLightOn. There is a text box labeled variable which I am assuming would do the same thing. I looked at other templates with additional MsgLightOn entries and the variable was probably to a PhantomDN
