Hi. I have to move a ctx100 soon and add some extensions. I ordered the sets and a bdks rider board to go on the existing BDKU2 board. I have enough licenses. Will there be any problems if I add the rider board? I have the win admin software and docs comming with the sets but they haven't arrived yet, only card. Also, do I need to get software for the IVP mail? I didn't think of that, only have docs comming too? I was certified on strata 3 through some DK but haven't done much recent Toshiba stuff. Thanks

You won't have any problems if you install the BDKS on the BDKU. In system - Card assignment, make sure your slot is programmed as BDKU/BDKS. This will enable you to see all 16 ports.

For the IVP mail, you do need the software to be able to add mailboxes if needed. Can you confirm what kind of voicemail they have?

Thanks

You will need a null modem serial cable for this.
