Hello all you Toshiba techs,
I am trying to connect to a CTX using a modem connection with CTX Winadmin software. I have followed the directions to set up a modem connection but when I click the box to " use Dialup" and then enter the phone number, I click connect now and I get a message that says "The system could not find a phone book entry for this connection". I have racked my brain over this for the past two days and I just can't seem to fiqure it out. Any help?

Did you create a Dial-up connection in windows called "RemoteCTX1"?

yes I did, but it still gives me this message. I tried it twice. the first time I went back and deleted the dial up connection Remote CTX1 and then created it again but still I get this message

No spaces in name "RemoteCTX1"
