I have DISA set up on a dedicated incoming line. Is there a list of DTMF commands I can use when I am dialed in? My main thing I want to use is External Page/All Call. Thanks in advance!

Once you get past the DISA Security Code and have internal dial tone, you should just have to dial #30 or #35.

Now available Voicemail Programmer Kit to program your Toshiba Voice Mail across your network.

Yea, I thought so too. I am dialed in and have an internal dial tone, but #30, #35, #39 don't seem to want to give me an overhead page. All I get is a fast busy signal. I am however able to dial internal extensions, but cannot use the hands free (Ext + 1) feature.

My first thought would be that your not using normal paging. Find out what everyone is using, if its a button on their phone check programming. It might be a extension number using a paging interface device.
External zone paging through the Toshiba would be #39 I believe.

I checked all the phones, and Ext+All Call Page, is programed as a button on most of our phones as Speed Dial? (*699). But, I can dial #39 from any phone and get Ext+All Call Page as well.

Dawick your really making me think back a few years, but if I remember correctly there are some system functions you cant do and if I remember correctly paging is one of them, system speeddial is another and changing voice first to tone or tone to voice announce. Now one thing that can be done is a phone hacker can find this number and not try to do paging or speeddial but can use your lines to call Peru.

Thanks guys. I figured that maybe it would be restricted, but after reading some earlier threads, it seems like it would be possible. Oh well. Maybe its time to invest in a MCK branch extender? Any one have any good/bad stories with these or have any other suggestions?

Thanks again for the help.

You can not page using page codes and DISA you can't even page external if you use a PI-DKT because it just rings. Just ate the labor on this one at one of our site. You should be able to page external using a Valcom Station level page adapter connected to an analog port.
