Hello,
I am trying to set up this CTX28 for my employer. It was bought at auction so all of the previous company data was loaded.
After a little work I got the most cleared. I did encounter a problem after I deleted user 200 from the voice mail and re-created. Since then the automated attendent does not pick up. The incoming line just rings and rings.
Any help is greatly appriciated. Tobey.

To make your start in programing easier remove the battery strap on both the processor and the voicemail system. Both cards are located at the top of the phone switch. After you do this all programing and passwords are set to default. This switch was meant to be a plug and play system that will handle 16 phones 6 telephone lines with caller id and voicemail for all 16 extensions.
