I have a DK-16 with a Stratagy 4-port VM system. I have no message light when users have VM in their box. I'm new at this, and really need help. I have checked the Notify option in the Stratagy screen for each user, and it appears to be right W(5,T)#63E for light on and 64E for off. I have rechecked that each users phone is programmed for the right extension (656, 657, etc) but still no light. I have deleted the information via 656 and 657, and then reloaded it as well. I have reset the Stratagy box several times. I bet it's a program I need to run from the phones, but not sure. Thanks in advance.

If it is a DK16 you need to get rid of the # (#63) as light on on a DK16 was just 63.

This is the same problem I am having on a 424. Stratagy DK was originally installed in a CTX 100, using DTMF integration. Need help with this....
