Does anyone have reccomendations for wireless as well as wired headsets that will work with the SoftIPT software? We purchased a Plantronics CS50-USB and the boss hates it.
Thanks

The battery only lasts an hour for my boss. Too bad you can't pick up calls via the headset.

Plantronics DSP- 400 is what I use to use on my laptop, it's USB and quality was great.

Is there any way to pick up calls from any of these headsets or do you have to be at the computer?

Another question! Has anyone used a Bluetooth headset on a laptop that has an internal Bluetooth card? I had read something about it needing to support a certain protocol in order to work.
