Question Regarding Ports & vMail

I have 1 user that is at Extention 11 but for Some reason his voice mail is pointing to Ext 10 ( So if there is a Voice mail On Ext 10 the light lits on both Ext 10 & 11) how can i Change the VM Extention mappings from 10 to 11

Also For Some Reasons I can not Set CF-NA #603 or 604 It will not Go I can Do Farward All Calls but not Busy or not Available.What am i doing Wrong.

You need Stratagy Admin to access the voicemail box to change the ext.

What steps are you using to do the forwarding?

I have Stratagy Admin access but do not know from Which menu would i do it.
For the Forward here is what ai do :
press intercom
#603
Vmail Port Ext 18
Redial
Speaker

It work great for #601 & #602 but will not work with 603& 604 however on some old Phone extentions they still say cf-na so i know the function works but what am i missing? should i set the seconds or rings if so how this is done?

-Speed Dial 16 (or how many seconds you want the call to ring.)(16 = approx. 4 rings)

Are you sure that Ext 11 hasn't set Msg indicator on Ext.10 ?
Or Station to Station message notification.

it's possible all i know is that when i press msg button it goes to voicemail ext 10
also when there is a message on ext 10 VMAIL the msg light on ext 11 is lit.

How can i Un do This back to normal?

go to ext 10 and dial icm #409 to clear msg light you can do the same at ext 11

Stratagy Admin is a PC software used to connect to Stratagy Flash, DK and IVP8 voicemail to do administrator programming. It's a good tool to have, but your problem doesn't look to be a voicemail issue. Looks like a station to station message.
