Please bare with me. I am a Network Admin, who has been faced with upgrading our DK-96 phone system to a dk-424.

I setup the DK96, so I am hoping I will be able to do the same with the dk424, but here are my main concerns. Please bare with me, I'm very new to this.

CONCERNS:
1. Our current phones are Analog EK phones, so I am hoping to take the PEKU cards from the DK96 and install them in the DK424 so I do not need to purchase all new phones, In theory this seems like it should work w/o issue, but can someone confirm.

2. I have 8 CO lines that need to be hooked up, I know I have 1 RCOU3A 4 port card to accomidate 4 of the lines, but in addition to that I have 3 PCOU2 Cards which are supposed to be 3 port cards, I was under impression line cards came in 4 or 8, does this sound accurate, and should I be able to use these additional PCOU2 cares for the other 4 CO lines?

3. I have the following Stratagy Voicemail -(1) SG-DK-2/24 Voice Mail 2 Port 24 Hour Card. I believe I need a null modem cable and software, but I do not know where to get this sofware, Can someone point me in the right directions.

4. I would also greatly appriciate it if someone can inform me where to get manuals for the 424 and the voicemail.

Thank you very much in advance for any help. I'm just stuck between a rock and a hardplace because I do not have the money to hire anyone to do this for me, so I need to do my best to get this working myself.

Welcome to the Board.
If you need tech level support, this level of help is not available on the open forum. Please contact a Toshiba Dealer in your area for assistance. If you cannot find a dealer, check the Installer link at the top of the page, or send an email or private message to a Toshiba Forum Moderator.

However, I will address your basic questions here....

1. Yes the PEKU cards and phones will work in the 424.
2. The PCOU cards are 4-port cards. Sounds like you are configured for 16 lines.
3. PM Sent
4. Click the Manuals link at the top of this page. If you can't get them, see the PM Sent.
