Installed 3 new extensions at a site and I can't get them to access their mailboxes; the preexisting extensions work fine. I press msg. button and I never get prompted for ID or security code. Any suggestions?

I know this may sound stupid but,is the MSG light on when you are pressing it,If light is not on you will have to dial the VM pilot number or one of the ports for the VM to access it.

Are you integrated to the VM with SMDI or DTMF? If you are pressing the MSG light and have DTMF Integration, you need to program the ID codes on the phone in order for it to work. If using SMDI integration, make sure the mailbox is set up with the right notification template.
