Can a Toshiba customer order the digitrace software from either toshiba or our equipment vendor? The reason I ask is that we are having intermittent problems with reciving incoming calls, and I'd like to be able to monitor our CTX 670 system.

Do you have a PRI? Also, you probably won't be able to decipher what the codes mean. That has to be sent to Toshiba tech support.

There is a software program that is available for PRI than will show and give you the information you need. I have a trial copy around here somewhere. It was developed by a technician/engineer here in Ohio that I use to work with. It's called PRI View and I believe that the contact information is enclosed to activate it from trial.

yes, We have a pri running on a T1 and I'm trying to gather information, in case I have to deal with at&t. Could you send me a link to the PRI program.
