Hi all,

I have a question about call routing, my company created a DID for internal users to use to access voicemail from outside the office, (VM = Repartee)and a voicemail box so it can have a greeting. thing is when someone tries to change that greeting, it never changes, if i go directly into that voicemail box then i hear the correct greeting but when the full number is dialed from an outside source, the original greeting is heard. In my past experience with repartee systems, a transaction box is created for such things like that, but im new to this company and its set up differently. nNow to my question, in my past experience with Mitel SX200 system, there was an smdr feature that logs all incoming calls and you can view it live as they come in, and they showed who called, what it extension they got transfered too and when they hung up, im looking for that feature on the CTX670 system but i dont seem to find it. Is there even a feature like that on the CTX system?

thanks for your help in advance.

More than likely the outside calls are going to the OPEN box. The only way to change that is to log into the admin box and access greetings...

For the SMDR.

There is SMDR on the system and can be accessed two different ways. IF you system came with a BSIS card on the processor, you can connect a cable to it and with a little programmimg get SMDR pumping out of that.. The other way would be to have SMDR spit out of the Ethernet port on th processor. The Processor firmware needs to be version 4.
