we are connecting a
toshiba dk424
RCTUC/D 3.X
RDTU 3A card for PRI
This side all lights are GOOD
to a lucent G3v6
this side trunk group says in-service-idle (b-channel)
signal group (d-channel) in-service
We try to send call in either direction it fails
I have other toshiba PBX's in service they work fine. This one i am pulling hair out.

RDTU does NOT support PRI. The RPTU/BPTU is Toshiba's PRI trunk card. You can still use the RDTU for tie lines if you have a clear channel t1 between the switches.

In addition to what phonemeister said you are running RCTU C/D 3.x software and you need 4.3 to properly run the RPTU/BPTU for a PRI. Upgrade the 424 or stick in a T-1 card in the Definity!

You can change PRI to regular DS1 without changing any hardware and software cause its P2P T1.
