We have a toshiba cix/ctx 670 that is 7 cabinets high, with a second cix/ctx that is only 2 cabinets. I will call them the main set and the expansion.
i have set speed dials to pick lines from the expansion with phones from the main. this was done by entering in node id followed by #5#5 followed by the extension number. this worked fine. i now have a need to have the expansion phone pick up a phantom on the main. Trying the same logic all i get is a busy siginal. Any ideas?

Try #5#5 plus phantom owner's extension.

well here is the next catch 22. This was created before me and this phamtom was built with no owner. Could the whole problem be that there is no owner?
