I tried that on the phone that has the call forwarding and it didn't work. Any other suggestions? I orginally set it up through e-manager but for some reason when I try to log in I keep getting an error message "login failed".

I tried the #621 and it says "Data Programmed", however the calls are still being forwarded. Do you have any other suggestions that I can try?

There are different types of call forwarding on the CTX/CIX. The call forward cancel depends on what type of call forward you had set in the first place. You will need to be very specific on what type of forwarding you had set so that you can get the right answer.
