I'm not sure, but I think we had a power surge and the phone with the night transfer button is flashing now. I tried to unplug the phone wait a few minutes and plug it back in. Now the auto attendent is not answering when you dial into the office. I do have the e-manager software, is there something I can do through that to correct my problem or do I have to have a phone tech service me?

are you saying the night transfer button is flashing and not solid? If so press the button and press 3 on the dial pad

I think you need to reset the system, not just the 1 phone.
