I tried to unplug the phone wait a few minutes and plug it back in. Now the auto attendent is not answering when you dial into the office. I do have the e-manager software, is there something I can do through that to correct my problem or do I have to have a phone tech service me? | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 2,266 Member | Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 2,266 | are you saying the night transfer button is flashing and not solid? If so press the button and press 3 on the dial pad | | | | Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 4,913 Likes: 1 Administrator | Administrator Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 4,913 Likes: 1 | I think you need to reset the system, not just the 1 phone. | | | | Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 15 Member | OP Member Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 15 | That worked, thanks so much! | | |
