I have the Toshiba CTX100 phone, the Stratagy IES32 4 port for voice mail and the E-manager software and we also use auto attendant. I am having 2 issues: The first one is that when a caller dials "0" for the operator, the 4 phones in a small area "seem" to ring continuously until it is answered. The other problem we have is that you can't distinguish if your phone is ringing because a caller dialed in your extension or the caller dialed "0" for the operator since the display both show the call is coming from the VM, 300.

Two things come to mind. When you dial 0, does this ring a phantom DN or a MCG? If PhDN, make sure it has an owner and is fwd to vm. If MCG, add 300 to the members list and set to delay ring.
Next, add an H to the extension field in each mailbox....if the extension is 205, make it 205H. Make sure you have the phone call fwd manually or with system call fwd. This will cause the phone to take on a different tone when ringing.
