I have the Toshiba CTX100 phone system and using auto attendant and I'm trying to turn the ringer off some of the phones that ring when a caller dials "0" for the operator. The problem that I have is I have 4 phones located in a very small area and when a caller hits "0" the 4 phones ring within .5 seconds apart so it sounds like constant ringing because they don't all start ringing at the exact same time, does that make sense?

"0" calls are probably ringing a phantom extension or a MCG, if it is a MCG just take the extension's you don't want to ring out of the group, if "0" rings a phantom extension just disable ringing for the PHDN on each phone you don't want to ring.
