Recently I was out to CIX 670 with 1 ext not forwarding to VM. They are using system CF and all ext are forwarding fine except this 1. All ext are in the same sys CF group, and sent to VM (850). All ext in same CoS. I set the station CF(6041)on this 1 ext, and calls went to VM. But this was a problem because HE could not see his name in the display now, do to the (CFBN850). You would think I was holding his cat for ransom. Does anyone have any ideas.

One place I had a few extensions that had system CF turned off somehow. Can't figure out how they hit #621 by accident. I disabled #621 for that system (in flex access codes)
If SCF is set, and this is the only one, then intercom #620 will probably fix it.

If you hit the page button under the display then the display will show his name and ext.
