Kenb, I don't exactly understand you're suggesting. Where exactly should I "Switch to TTY second one to 1200"? Is it inside the Admin program?

Was that piou already in the cabinet or did you plug it in just an empty slot ? There are 2 switches behind the TTY jack you identified above
1- TTY / MODEM= TTY 1- 1200/300 =1200

The PIOU is already in the cabinet and it *WAS* working before the old computer conked out. Checked the switches and they are set to TTY / 1200. Oh nooo!! Are we running out of options?

No your running toward the option of bringing in a Toshiba tech to get you going. We are way beyond helping out an end user ,and the boss may need to spend a few dollars.
What is OC as a location in your profile ? Orange county ?

Yeah, guess we'll have to consider that last option. Yup, we're here at Orange County, CA. If you guys have other suggestions, feel free to post it here. Thanks for your time. Oh btw, do you know any Toshiba Techs in our area?

Update, dps called me and he was trying to "Dial DK". I explained that was used for remote access. Just goto menu Administration and do a backup and program away!
Test and it works.
Another happy customer........

Last time I looked, there is a new DK Admin software ver that does not require a dongle. You would need access to the Toshiba dealer site.
If you do need local help, my company is in the OC. I'm ok in basic DK programming (never actually used DK admin), but we have a few techs here that are pretty good at it. I doubt if you could get free tech support tho.
:toast: Newly CTP certified (Sorry had to throw that in somewhere)
