Pretty basic question here.

We are currently using a Strata424i and accessing this through DK Admin.
How can we program an operator number "0" in the DK Admin program? When we dial in "0" now, we get a (local number) + busy tone message in our Toshiba phones.
Dunno if I my question is clear.. but I just want to know how to assign the number "0" to the operator.

Thanks.

Just to be clear, are you talking about the operator for the voicemail system, your receptionist, or the telephone company's operator?

Hi Phonemeister..

The operator I was talking about is our receptionist. We already solved the dial "0" problem yesterday.

Now, we have a new problem...

When dialing the "#627+(local number)" number to switch/transfer local numbers, we get a BUSY tone. This was working before. Now it just gives us a busy tone when dialing the #627+(local number) feature.

Is this DK Admin related?
Please help. Toshiba newbie here.
Thanks. smile

So, are you saying that you punch in that #627 code from line 1 (your main telephone number)? If so, make sure that you are accessing line when you are dialing that code. Or try #7001+#627+local number. The #7001 from your intercom will access line 1.
