Hello,

I have been tasked with pulling a copy of a voice mail from our Stratagy iES32 system to be retained as evidence in a court case. I am not familiar with the system and have not gotten much help from our retailer's technicial support. Is there any way to interface with the system and download all of the data from the hard drive via the network or connect directly to the hard drive and make a copy.

I realize this is an unusual request and I am a newbie so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You can connect to the OS through NetMeeting. There you can access all you need from the harddrive. All of the messages are gonna be recorded in .vox format so you're gonna need something to play them such as Wavepad.

RRino,

I am getting a "the other person did not allow you to join the meeting" message. Are there any settings that need to be enabled in the Stratagy to all remote connections?

Click on you tools menu, then options. On the security tab enable "I prefer to make secure outgoing calls".

Try that

You have to reset the voicemail system. It locked you out due to multiple incorrect login attempts.

Do your technical support people work extensively on Toshiba phone systems? If not, you may want to contact the local Toshiba dealer for a service call.

I am sure this problem will come up again in another case so I would like to work through it for the experience and knowledge. If I reboot the system will that reset it or is there a separate setting that needs to be addressed?
