I have one telephone on a Toshiba Strata SK96 that needs to ring with the main line. I have no previous experience with this system.
From start to finish, how do I make extension xxx ring on lines xx-xx?

Your choices lie between hiring a tech to come out to do it, paying someone to help you over the phone (probably cheaper than a site visit), or buying a manual by following one of the links at the top of the page and trying to muddle your way through it.
In depth installer level programming will not be posted in the open forum here.

I don't know if you think I'm just a user or not but I have been programming phone systems since I was 14 years old (11yrs). I am one of the best Magix/Legend and Partner ACS techs in my area. I am also familiar with the Norstar systems and even the old Prostars. I think muddle is not what would describe my programming technique.
Are you saying that no one will tell me which ext is programming ext and how to enter sys program and how to open and use a program? From what I gather, program 81 is what I need (day ring station), am I right or is that for other systems?
This customer has already called a tech that works on Toshiba but he claimed it was too old for him to program. He moved a phone but didn't program. I just need to make 1 phone ring with all lines. That's all. Can anyone help? :bang:
