Hi guys,

I need some help.

Issue: How to limit a phone to local and toll free calls only, considering you have different CO providers. Some force you to dial 1 for long distance calls (AT&T) and others don't (voip providers like vonage, callvantage).

Description: We have 5 CO lines some with AT&T (analog) and other with voip provider (vonage). They all go to Toshiba DK424 PBX.

We have defined 'class 2 T.R.' (program 48: 004)
that allows local calls and toll free area codes for all the lines.

We want to setup a public courtesy phone at church that uses 1 dedicated line (say line 5) for local and toll free calls only. We have assigned 004 in program 48 and enabled Line 5 only in program 41. The CO provider is Vonage that does not require 1 before area code for long distance calls.

If I try to dial a non local phone number starting with 1 (say 1-210-nnn-nnnn), the system correctly does not allow it. But when I dial 210-nnn-nnnn system allows to dial that number that we don't want, specially 'nnn-555-1212' calls that costs at least 99 cents per call.

In program 45-1 we have plan 7 in our system.

Is there a solution to keep both kinds of providers in our system but still able to limit to local and toll free calls for public phone that uses voip provider. We don't use LCR.

Thanks in advance.
