I have a guy in one of our other offices, when I dial his extension it goes busy, he can dial out just fine and DND is not activated on his phone. I have delted the extension and recreated it, hopinh that might solve the problem, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Update, I had him dial #6092 on his phone(DND off) and that worked in his own office apparently, but I am still unable to dial his extension from my phone, while I can dial others fine.

We are all under the same Domain in emanager though. Do I still need to add him to the network DN?

Thanks that was it. I added the extension to the network DN. I was able to determine the node ID by looking at other extensions in the same node, but what is the default way to determine the node ID?
