I want to upgrade my TOSHIBA PHONE SYSTEM with PRI CARD and Keep the 4 Pots line out of 3 will be Fax lines.
PRI circuit provider is XO communication. IP PRI - 12 Ch/DID's Backup 4 Lines through AT & T to (installing a four line analog hunt group just as back up and if the T1 goes down we would call in a repair ticket and call forward the main number and toll free terminating number to the analog hunt group. Outbound calls would roll over automatically) Internet Access 1.54 Adtran I have a Voice Mail System (PHONE XPRESS AVT) which use 2 phone lines currently, 10 lines going into Toshiba Phone System.
Where di I get PRI card? What is called? How much it cost?

I would strongly suggest that you have a qualified Toshiba dealer get this to work for you. They can provide you the BPTU PRI card as well that you will need.

I have contacted Toshiba Dealer but their prices are outrageously high.
Just replacing CO with RPTU2A they are asking over $2000 and that doesn't include labor.
They are charging ISDN PRI Cable Kit extra and Software upgrade from 4.0 to 4.3 extra which is needed for PRI card to work..
Any suggestions??
anyone in detroit, MI can help???

Sounds about right. The PRI card is not cheap. And the s/w update is a must do as well.

Like p2ii said "that sounds about right" - the pricing is not outrageous for a dealer.
I second the strong recommendation of phonemeister that a qualified Toshiba dealer is who you want to contract for the upgrade.
2 questions...
Is your goal as cheap as possible, or is future compatibility a concern at all?
How old is the VM system?
